About our founder

Phil Elias is a licensed FIFA agent, UEFA-qualified coach, FIFA graduate, and PFSA-certified scout with more than 15 years of international experience in sport and education.

He has coached and managed programmes in Ghana, France, South Korea, Ecuador, Colombia, and Wales, and has served as Director of Studies and Camp Manager at both Chelsea FC and Liverpool FC football camps.

Phil’s first-hand knowledge of camp operations and his strong relationships with staff across the UK allow FootCamps.UK to offer families a truly tailored and trustworthy service.

Beyond the pitch, Phil has led international education programmes across Asia, Europe, Africa, and Latin America — helping students develop both language skills and life skills through sport.

His vision for FootCamps.UK is to inspire a new generation of multilingual student-athletes — confident, independent, and ready to thrive on and off the field.
